Having lived in Washington, DC and New York City over the past 15 years, I can easily say this is one of the nicest apartment buildings I have ever been in. The apartments themselves are smallish, but well appointed and everything works flawlessly. Hands down, what makes this a great place, though, is the public spaces. The lobby is spectacular, the gymis spacious, bright, and has plenty of new equipment, and the party room seems to always be in use. The option of renting nice guest apartments when someone comes to visit is a winner in my book.

Contrary to some of the reviews I have seen, I have had nothing but good interactions with the staff. There is a new building manager, and the front desk concierges are friendly and efficient.

I saw literal dumps asking the same amount as I pay for my 2 bedroom, valet garage, 24-hour front-desk apartment. This place is a steal.
