POOR VALUE FOR THE MONEY

I lived at the Summit (now Camden) Roosevelt for a couple of years. The first thing you need to know is that in the past several months, they have had apartments broken into and mouse sightings in the common areas. Management is unorganized. Common areas are constantly overrun with parties that lead to strangers coming in and out of the building and groups of smokers outside the front door. Front desk is nice but FAR from security of any kind. And in a market filled with condos no one wants AND all of the above problems, management is actually RAISING rents nearly 10%. I strongly encourage you to shop around and avoid the Roosevelt. I'm down the street now and MUCH happier. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
