I agree about the AC. In addition, it seems like one of the elevators (total of 2) is always our of order, especially on weekends. Overall, the management personnel have been nice, but Keener needs to invest a little more in maintaining the building. For instance - the whole facade was supposed to be painted in fall 2008, but only the front was done - the sides are still resembling a worn-down hospital!
