The location is good and the apartments seem nice at first glance, but the building is poorly maintained.
Our air conditioning system has leaked water into our apartment of five separate occasions; each time they promised they had it fixed. They've shut the water off for the whole building three separate days this past month, often with less than twenty-four hours of notice. The entire heating/cooling system goes out or barely works with no warning or explanation.
It has an exercise room, but when equipment breaks they take it away without replacing it.
