Filthy, poorly kept. Infested with mice. Raw sewage flooded in the basement. A tenant raped in the basement at Christmas time! Loud renovatons, discarded sinks, radiators, stoves, refigerators and building materials litter the hallways. Great location near the park, but no picnic! I Can't believe anyone would live here. I have two apts. and it's just too expensive to move.

If it's that bad one would have to think it might make sense to have 1 great apt than 2 horrible?
