I'm looking for an studio in DC and I had the misfortune of visiting this festering rat hole. The moment you walk through the door you will notice holes in the walls, dirt everywhere, and that it smells like the bum hanging out at you're nearest 7-11. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE .. don't put yourself through this torture, don't visit the August. Rent: $990
