I'm not sure what is up with the other reviews. I live here and have since 2006. The building is clean and well kept. I have not had any type of rodent in my apartment in three years. I've seen two roaches in three years. It's called city living. Perhps the others had visited during a renovation because i've never seen anything in the hallways except other tenants.
