I have lived at the Brandywine for seven years, and it has been a great experience. Tony and the staff are amazing - friendly, helpful, caring. They care about the residents and try to make the Brandywine a nice home for all who live there. The building is kept very clean, they accept packages, and maintenance requests are usually handled same day.

There are also great ameneties, including a roof deck, garden patio, gym, bike room, business center, and a large laundry facility. They even make coffee and cookies for the residents weekday mornings!
