Great value for the area From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This building is much cleaner and nicer than most in the price range. It has 24-hr. security/front desk, and I've never seen a critter, bug, varmit or anything else that scurries. Great management and friendly staff. Can't beat the location. The downside is that many of the apartments are rented to GW students who don't have an ounce of manners or courtesy. So it can be noisy at times. But the management is fairly responsive, so it's okay.
