I would not be living here unless I had NO other option. I can?t move until I find out where I will be living next year. That said, our apartment has been infested by ants (bathtub literally FULL of them every single morning--have to be washed down the drain daily)...and despite calling the office at least once a week for a long period of time, the "exterminator" would come, however the problem still was not fully taken care of. When I approached the manager about this problem, among others, his response was extremely RUDE! When I asked him about fixing kitchen drawers that fell out when opened (a request that had been ignored before), he told me "that is how they are supposed to work--Kitchen drawers work differently than desk or other drawers." It was clear that he did not, and would not be held accountable for the problems with HIS building! The building is dirty and smells at times. The bugs from the trash rooms routinely swarm into our apartment (near the trash room), and the elevators NEVER are fully functioning. The "new" elevator just installed does not even function properly. Oh, and yes, the cat-sized rats love to run around the outside of the building.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. IT IS A RIP OFF, and a RUDE RUDE RUDE manager makes it intolerable.
It is clear to me that the SINLGE positive review on this website is from someone who works for the building, because after just days in that building, there is no WAY that you could overlook the deficiencies! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
