The Chastleton is in a good location and the apartments are a nice size -- that being said, there are some negatives.
Getting something repaired requires patience and persistence -- it can take up to two months of almost daily requests to get something fixed. Another frustrating thing is that the exterior of the windows have not been cleaned in at least 15 months. Your rent will go up after your lease is up and the level of service you will receive will stay the same if not get worse.
The strange part of all of this is that the staff is remarkably friendly - they take repair requests with a smile and a promise of prompt service -- what they do from there is anybody's guess.
