DO NOT MOVE HERE. The location is good, but the service is terrible.

Elevators: These are the slowest elevators I have ever been on. I live on the 8th floor and I have to add 10 minutes onto my commute time because the elevators take forever. They are also badly ventilated and smell horribly from the garbage that is transported in them ever morning during the rush hour (7:30 to 9 am).

Staff: While polite and friendly, they are the most incompetent group of people you'd ever had the misfortune to meet. There is absolutely no communication between the leasing office and the management. Leases are messed up (and changed after they've been signed!), rent bills are inaccurate, and inadequate notice is given for repair work.

Insects: Huge nasty bugs in the bathroom. My apartment has been sprayed several times now.

Cleanliness: Disgusting. The laundry room is filthy and must be a health violation. The trash room reeks. The hallways need new carpeting and better lighting.

Quality: Appliances are old and need replacing. Many of my neighbors have been waiting for MONTHS for new dishwashers.

It's horrible to be paying this much and receiving so little.
I strongly urge you NOT to move in here.
