DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
The staff is very friendly, which enticed me to move here. But...they are also slow and incompetent. Basic repairs can literally take months. We lived with broken elevators for over a year. When they did repair them, it took a year!
The laundry room was recently renovated, but the machines break frequently. The water supply is also shaky - we lost water about once a week for several months last winter.
The outside front looks nice, but there are rats all over the back. Also, we've had lots of rats in the building.
You can do MUCH BETTER for your $!
