RENT IS SKYROCKETING

Ok so I've seen people complain about their rent going up $50- make no mistake when i say rent is skyrocketing i mean going up over $400 a month! Also, there is a 3 month waiting period for a parking space. The pluses are that the exterior of the building is beautiful as is the foyer. There is a concierge which signs for packages and keeps them in a secure room.
One should know that the building is being sold and rents may increase again. There is a tenants association that may buy the rights to the building and then it could be converted into a co-op or condos. But its too late to get in on any possible conversion- the tenants association voted not to allow any new members.

Not so. The close date for association members is August 29. So if you can move in before that, you can hti the jackpot.
