poor value for your money

This building is in need of serious renovations. The elevators are broken at least a minimum of once a week. The carpeting is horrible looking and smelling. I have never had a problem with roaches or rats, but I would not be surprised. The walls are paper thin and you will hear people above you walking around as well as the tv from the apartment.
Parking is horrible. You will be on the waiting list for months, meanwhile my car was broken into 4 times in 3 months. Once you have a parking space, rates have been increased to $120 per month. But it is worth it, considering you pay $125 every time you car is broken into to have your window fixed. It will happen at least once per month. Also, you have to have your car off the street by 7am otherwise you will pay a $100 ticket.
The "new" fitness room consists of a home gym, treadmill, and bike in a room that is about 11 feet by 11 feet. You have to sign in at out with the security guard (whom is usually unable to be found).
The security guards and janitors are rude. Repairs are not fixed quickly. I had to put in 4 requests to finally get something fixed. It took 2 months to get a new dishwasher. The appliances are 15-20 years old.
There is nothing spectacular about this apartment building. Consider the amount of rent that you pay per month and what you expect. You are paying for a convenient location, and that is it.
