Great neighborhood - Nice, historic building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Ive lived here for almost a year. And while it is expensive (1500 for a one bedroom), the staff is courteous and the maintenance staff is very attentive. The management seems to have a genuine interest in bettering the building and facilities. New elevators were recently put in and a roof deck is currently under construction. The apartments have been recently renovated with nice, new kitchens. My only complaint would be the lack of closet space. I dont have a car, so Im not able to comment on parking.
