The Delano

Great Location, well managed From: dcshortimer Date posted: 10/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The Delano was the third Washington apartment I chose in quick succession, so I compare it well with the prior places. Notable qualities are the recent remodel (new high qual kitchens, remodeled common areas, etc) and the retained original art-deco style. Light airy apartments are a benefit. Other than rental parking on site, the street parking is typically tight DC with zone permits for daytime use, but nighttime parking within 2 blocks has always been available.
