I moved into a studio at the Delano a few months ago, and I am very happy with my choice. I wanted someplace quiet but within easy walking distance to most of DC. The management is great, and the security and front desk people are very friendly and helpful. All of my maintenance requests have been completed the day I submitted them, and the building is very clean. I would definitely recommend this building to people looking to live around Woodley Park.
