The building is teeming with roaches. When I complain to the management, I am told that ours is the only apartment with this problem. However, I see them in the whole building and everyone I have talked to in the building confirms that they have a massive problem with cockroaches. The pest control comes once every week or two with absolutely no results. The infestation is so bad that they are out all day, not just at night.

The hallways reek, and in fact, I used to gag and nearly throw up every time I got off the elevator for the first month I lived here. For the amount of rent people are playing in this building, the carpeting could be changed, and the whole building must be gas bombed for roaches. I have lived here a full year, and neither has been done.

Also, your packages will be signed for next door at the Elaine. There is no list of arrived packages, and no one checks which package you pick up when you go in. In other words, I can go into the office and take any package I want. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
