I moved into Brookland Ridge back in April and I have nothing but good things to say. I love my remodeled apartment, Its very spacious, I have updated everything and I feel safe walking my dog at night, which is not something I can say when I was living in my old complex. I've only had 1 maintenience request and that was due to my lihjt being out in my hallway. Not to mention I was offered 1 month's free rent which made the deal even sweeter! I love my place and I love the area, if you wanna move somewhere.. I think brookland ridge would be a good choice for anyone.

Bull. This is TOO MUCH of a lie. Brooksland Ridge - FORMERLY The Heights is Rat and Roach Infested. That statement was from Management, trying to make their place look better - but we know better, don't we? I have VIDEO to share, people!!!

Brookland Ridge is the worst apartment complex I have ever habited. For the reasons 1. Safety issues- At a minimum of 1x week, police are called to complex for disturbance. Drunken parties are the norm. 2. Complex is becoming a predominantly section 8 housing complex with developmentally mentally disturbed 3. rude, unprofessional staff office 2. Rat and roach infested apartments. This has been thsi way for YEARS 3. Slow maintenance repairs. Weeks go by without your repair completed 4.The maintenance staff steals food, uses the tenants restrooms with out permission, and sorts through personal belongings of tenants while "fixing repairs". 5. Guard sleeps at gate during night shifts 6. Parking tight usually due to unregistered visitors. Abandoned cars are in lot. I only had a 1 year lease and moved out ASAP. Most long term residents are leaving. Parents of college students beware!!!!!I would never leave my child in this complex.

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN THE WORLD. IT IS SO RIDICULOUSLY OVERPIRCED too. 2K A MONTH FOR A GHETTO, BROKEN (NEWLY RENOVATED , BS) APPLIANCES the nasty place is filled with bed bugs, rats, college drunkies, MENTALLY --------,halfway house rooms....its DISTURBING living here. i cant wait to graudate and get the hell out.. the front office is so unhelpful, maintence took 5 months!!!!! 5 months! and i made requests every other day!!! emergency maintence still never fixed the issues i called in about of broken banasters (children liv in this apt, so if thye leaned against banaster, theyd fall and die)
