The management is very difficult to deal with.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
As a past resident it was a nightmare dealing with the management team at the Kenmore. I was verbally attacked and written a letter from the management that basically in the end referred to me as the liar.
I think it had come to that because I tried to emphathise with their situation and they took full advantange and came back with the lovely letter.
I was given incomplete and wrong information from the moment i set foot in their door. And trust me it did not stop from there. I was told i needed to place a deposit immed. as i walked in and that it would go to my first month's rent. I even called to reconfirm the info. and again i was reassured of it. when i finally came in to claim posession that was no loner the case. I let it go but then i went up to my new apt. and found that the elec. in the bathroom was out and the only water i had for my first week of residing there was in the tub. i was cooking from my tub, no water in the kitchen. Plus, i did not have a refridgerator. I was told that was because the fridge with the ice maker was going to be delivered sometime in the next week. when i did get the fridge, there was no ice maker. huh' why was i waiting for my fridge if that was untrue'
This is still only the beg. of everything that whwn on, but i do not even want to go on.
