If you don't mind seeing 5" roaches in your stairwell, baby roaches throughout your kitchen, and average size roaches popping up in your cabinets and bathrooms, the Kenmore is the place for you! And forget an exterminator. When you put in a request for service with the building, the exterminator just might not feel like showing up at all, and will make you wait for weeks and weeks (allowing the roaches already in your apartment to further multiply) until he randomly decides to show up, put down impotent bait, and hope the treatment lasts a good three days before they come back. And why is it that management does not bother to try find a company that can actually meet reasonable levels of professionalism? Because not only do they not give a damn after they cash their checks, but they enable the piss poor service, referring to the exterminator as (and I quote) "an expert. The best in the business." Trust me, for this kind of money, any sane individual can do much better.
