Not that bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here for almost a year and must say it is not as bad as some have described. Yes, there is a problem with the ac but you have to think about the age of the building. I think it was built in 1950! i have a one bedroom which is wonderful. The interaction I've had with the staff including the manager has been pretty goood. i guess i believe that you just can't please everyone. It's an older building so i don't expect all of the amenties of a newer building. I also think that most people need to remember this is apartment living so you have to be tolerate of some things. i would recommend as a starter apartment or senior living.
