The Kenmore is in a good location, safe, quiet and in a very good location. My only real complain is with the ventilation. The building is very warm and I have not had to put on the heat all winter. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan and some hvac vent which does not cool the apartment off very much at all in summer. Management have recently installed a new ventillation system which is very noisy and reminds me of the noise flying on an airplane. If you don't mind living in a stuffy, hot apartment, Kenmore is probably a good choice.
