Liked it when we first moved in but scraping noises traveled through the vents early in the morning and we could hear someone walking down the steps from 5 or 6 flights up (right by stairwell).

Parking expensive, bus service right outside door (if they come on time). Friendship Heights 15 min walk. Maintenance was good, staff was friendly, but management was not. Great neighborhood for restaurants --CVS, library, Safeway, cleaners, etc. within walking distance.

We did not have any problem with bugs but they were at basement level. Did not like the fact that they charged us an amenities fee of $400 for nothing - there were very few amenities (a party and morning coffee).
