I read this site before I actually went through with leasing an actually unit from the Kenmore. I chose to believe all the residents who said the bug issue was no big deal. I seriously have lived her for a week. I kill about 3 roaches per day, sometimes more. Baby roaches infest the kitchen along with their playmates, the silverfish. (Which by the way are the BIGGEST silverfish I have EVER seen). I moved out here from the midwest, I have no family here and I have spent the past 3 days crying. I am SOOOOOOOo glad Charles E. Smith has their 30 day Saitsfaction guarantee. I am going tomorrow to look for a new place to live. Personally, I don't feel that if I'm paying $1600/month I should have to deal with any uninvited guests. To make matters worse, I called on Thursday to request an exterminator to come in, and I was told that the exterminators are only available on Tuesday. So I'm on the list for Tuesday, which leaves 4 days for the roaches to multiply and take over. I HATE IT HERE! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

What floor do you live on? I seriously have not seen a single roach in my apartment since we moved in nearly a year ago. I really don't understand where people are getting this from.

I am moving in next Friday. I saw a roach in one of the studios they showed me in the walk-through. This was on the 2nd floor. I have a feeling I'm in for it. Will update. kenmoreesc, what floor do you live on?
