Wasn't terrible, but wouldn't move back.

I lived at the Kenmore for a year in a third floor studio and moved out in April 06. The apartment itself wasn't bad, the kitchen had been updated but had one of those mini-stoves-- you could really only cook with one pan at a time. The worst part was that our window looked out at the parking lot, and straight into our neighbor's living room!

The a/c unit was pitiful. You couldn't really control how much or little it blew air (if it even did that...it seemed to be there just for white noise). However the building was well insulated and was cool enough in the summer and super warm in the winter.

We didn't have a major problem with roaches. I saw one maybe every two weeks. We did get one or two little beetle type bugs in our bathtub every day though.

All in all, it was a reasonable price, they take cats, and nothing terrible occured during our time there.
