I haven't had any problems with bugs, that other people have mentioned.
When I have had minor problems, they were quickly fixed, and the doorstaff and maintenance staff were quite friedly and helpful. There's a wide spectrum of people living here, from retired, to small families, to single professionals, and I've found my neighbors to be fine. I certainly don't think we have a problem caused by "dirty low-income foreigners" mentioned by another reviewer. I don't see garbage in the hallways in my floor, and I didn't realize folks had such a racist attitude.
I like the layout of my large 1 bdrm and would definitely recommend this to other people. Also, you don't have to buy a parking pass; I haven't had problems parking on the streets nearby.
