Gone way downhill under new management

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
Since WRIT took over the building service and maintenance has suffered greatly. Damage to common areas (stained carpets, scratched up paint, etc) often remains for months. Repairs to apartments are often done poorly or not at all. Staff is frequently dishonest and unhelpful and high turnover has made "I'm just a temp" the standard response to almost any complaint. Resident manager is available only during business hours (and frequently not even then) and does not return phone calls. Almost any issue raised with staff outside 9-6 Monday through Friday, regardless of urgency, is meet with "The resident manager will call you tomorrow" although I have never, to date, received such a call. Parking is expensive ($135 a month or more per space) and completely unenforced. On multiple occasions other vehicles have remained in my assigned space for as long as 48 hours with building staff repeatedly promising to take action and then failing to do so.
