I've been living here for over a year, and I really enjoyed the experience. The building is well maintained, clean and quiet, the lobby is welcoming and the staff have always been helpful. Also, the kitchen appliances are in excellent condition. I've never had a maintenance request take more than a few hours to be resolved. And I've never had issues with any type of rodent/roach etc. Plus, the neighborhood is beautiful, and Rock Creek Park is very close by. I highly recommend this place. It's a bit far from the metro, but convenient if you have a car, or are willing to walk or take the bus.
Also, I have not seen any change in the quality of the building or any services since the change in ownership.
