I lived in the Norwood for almost 2 years. I only moved once I found a cheaper place that was just as good.
The only thing lacking is a dishwasher in the unit. The staff of the building make up for it.
Curtis was great to deal with. (although some of the lifers there didnt like him for some reason) The maintenance staff was prompt and really friendly. All issues I had were dealt with within 2 days at most.
The roofdeck, crownmouldings and hardwood totally made teh place for me. Try to get an apartment facing the park across the street. I can't stress the roofdeck enough! too bad they close it early now :(

Where were you able to find a less expensive place that was comparable in size and amenities? I'm curious b/c the rental rates here are just above my price range. Thanks.

I'm also curious about the same...less expensive and still a good community :). Appreciate your help!

The most similar place I found was 2701 Connecticut, another William C Smith property (http://www.williamcsmith.com/detail.asp?id=62). And in truth I never found another that had such well maintained large apartments so I am still here.
