We were one of the first people to move in.

Probably our biggest complaint would be maintenance related. Our lease is almost up and items from our original walk through requests were never completed. Our washing machine has been broken for 3 months. Other requests have been completed sloppily at best and only after multiple requests to maintenance directly, as well as the leasing office and front desk. (i.e. towel bar wasn't installed straight and the solution was to pull down the one side, breaking the drywall, to make it even) In general it seems very disorganized downstairs.

I would echo the other review on the ridiculous front desk procedures. They have a call box, but won't let guests up. What's the point' If you lock yourself out of your apartment, they have no ability to let you in.

The building also allows outside people to hold events downstairs and on the roof, essentially taking over common space and allowing live bands to play until after midnight in at least one case (anything to make a buck). And the leasing office seemed completely oblivious to the fact that this would bother residents - who pay to live here. First and foremost, this is a residence, which is something that they don't understand.

As for the apartments themselves, the fixtures are very nice, but they are small with worst closet space I've ever seen and some awkward floorplan decisions.

Other residents of the building are very nice. Would definitely say its the most sociable building we've lived in. People grilling on roof often offer their food and there are always plenty of dogs to pet.
