This apartment is fine for students who have extra money for housing and don't want to live in university housing, but don't mind a dorm environment. It's loud, very small floorplans, residents are not courteous of others (because they're almost all students). I'm surprised Charles E Smith owns this property because it is a shame to their name as a luxury apartment management company.
