mostly OK, but some problems

The good: basically well managed. The staff was helpful and nice, and the location is very convenient.

Although it is mostly a student building, I had fewer problems with noise than the other reviewer. By and large, the units are so well built that the students rarely create a noise problem.

The bad: Because of the student dominance, there are problems unrelated to noise.
Occasionally students do not pick up 100% after themselves and there are bits of junk in the halls.

Also, there was a burglary on the premises last year - which I assume occurred because some student either (A) left a unit door open or (B) opened a building door for someone. The latter is fairly common because students, I think, tend to be a bit more trusting than grownups. (And as in most DC buildings there is also a back door that allows people to get in without seeing the front desk- I don't know if the front desk's video monitor catches the back door).
