Overpriced Dorm

If you're an undergrad at GWU, this place would be nice, but expensive. For anyone else (including grad students, which is what I was) it's noisy and outdated, with long soulless hallways. It seems that most tenants are undergraduates, and they're noisy both in their apartments and the halls, and have an annoying tendency to knock quite loudly even if they have the wrong apartment number. The floorplans are incredibly small, but I suppose not unusual considering the area. The fixtures in some apartments seem to date back to the building's construction in the 1960s, although they are renovating (and charging several hundred more in rent per month for renovated apartments). The staff was good though, and service was prompt.
