except for the few Catholic University Students and Galladuet Students everyone else who lives here is a piece of trash. There are always people screaming at each other in the hallways. The hallways smell because the trashy ass neighbors hang out in the hallway while drinking and smoking. The other tennants always litter and sometimes it doesn't get cleaned up for days. One time someone puked in the hallway and it wasn't cleaned for days. Everyone eats their god-damned fried chicken and leaves the chicken bones all over the place. I even found one on a washing machine once...yuck. The rent is cheap but I guess this is what you get for paying cheap rent. This place looks nice on the outside but it is totally ghetto. The neighborhood has no amenities, which doesn't matter anyway because you wouldn't want to leave your house at night for fear of getting shot by one of the ghetto people who live there. I wouldn't even let my dog live there.
