The Vantage and The Parke what can I say about it. It is a cool place to live. I been there for about three years, I haven?t had any problems as of yet. The only problem that I do have they raise your rent with out notice. Which I think that rent should be the same as when you sign you rental agreement. The place was just recently rennovated. Management are trying to keep the place up making repairs, But we have these ghetto little kids and ghetto parents that do not discpline there kids. They just mess up the place but still the management still make the repairs on things. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
