This place is by far the worse building I have ever lived in. It might look nice on the outside, but inside you live in deplorable conditions. I should have expected some problems the first day I went. Management and Leasing were unorganized and they tell you to keep calling to get you out of their face. I never saw my apartment until the day before I moved in. I was not asked to see a sample apartment or anything. Then on top of that the leasing person lost a lot of my paper work. Once I moved in I was highly disappointed. First of all, you have nasty tenants who pee and leave trash in the stairwell, hallways, and trash chutes. I still don't understand how I had an almost spotless apartment and had tiny unwanted creatures(mice) running through the apartment. I had mice feces all over my counter, top of the refrigerator, and even found some in the toaster, which I had to throw away. I had a problem with a leak, where brownish/yellowish water or urine was coming into my apartment from the apartment upstairs. I had requested maintenance on several occasions and they did a B.S. job all times because the leak was still there. It took a threat to the Department of Health for maintenance to fix it the right way. It took a whole month. Living conditions are worse if you are a female because you have guys who are always harassing you. Let's not talk about the ghetto ass supermarket around the corner. I have been to Safeway on two occasions where I have purchased bad meat with a latter expiration date.
In conclusion, this place is nothing but the renovated projects. They can paint the walls everyday if they want, but it is still mice running behind them and the same ghetto people living within them. I will never recommend this place to anyone, EVER!
