Wonderful-- apart from the subsidized tenants

I just want to say that my apartment is beautiful and very spacious. I feel safe and enjoy how I live. I love the area also because it is convenient to metro and the people really look out for one another. Aside from some of the subsidized tenants that illegally rent out their apts., I really enjoy life here. Everything else is wonderful. Any complaint, any problem, was taken care of immediately by a courteous professional staff.
As for mice, the whole of DC was experiencing a problem in areas where new construction or subway work was being done. Welcome to DC, at least at the Vantage, the problems were taken care of immediately, the rest is up to the tenant and cleanliness !!
