If you are looking for a safe, clean place to call home and keep your possessions, the Vantage and the Park ain't it. There is PARKING available in a lot that is almost designed for producing dents and dings, or you can pay an additional amount to park in a underground garage that is a favorite place for the local youngsters to vandalize or steal your means of transportation. NOISE, isn't a real problem if you are deaf. The walls are pretty thin because you can hear the full spectrum, laughing, arguing, kids running up and down the hallways. There's always someone outside the building honking or playing their favorite music for you to enjoy too. The GROUNDS are maintained about as well as can be expected with the majority of the tennants tearing the place up. As you exit your apartment and walk down the worn and always soiled carpets you usually have to step over all sorts of trash. Very often the light fixtures or exit signs are broken by the kids. Often you will find when taking trash to the chute that it is all blocked up and to solve the remedy is for the tennants to just throw their trash as close to the chute as possible. The stairwells are pure joy. There's always the fresh smell of urine mixed with the smell of fresh cigar guts tinted with the freshly burned weed smell (contacts sometimes available for free...lovely). Just don't slip on any of the used condoms or...for real now...stepped over a used feminine hygene product once.

Overall this place is full of tennants who don't mind living this way, and not much will change this. The area is more than fairly unsafe. If you want Hood Fabulous this is it.

yes i agree with you on that sudject ok since you been gone alot did happen but I am bless to have a roof over my head do you agree to that
