First I want to say this place is " GHETTO " ass hell . i live in the garden style apts. and they are good for someone who is on section 8 . my neighbors are loud , they deal drugs outside my building door and in front of the walk wasys , In the beginning it was OK , but then all the section 8 people from the high rise building moved in and then everything went down hill .... and to be honest if you are not having sex , sailing drugs , best friends , or god-parents for someone in the rental office then your apts. or whatever else that needs to be done in your unit it is NOT GOING TO BE FIXED . There have been unsolved murders , attacks , and shootouts in the last 5 or 6 months . This is NOT A GOOD AREA TO raise your children , you have your perverts that will talk to your underage daughter .. you also have your everyday ( CRACKHEADS ) walking around selling you stuff from someone elses apt.
DRUGS are very heavy in this area .. there are only 2 washers and 2 dyers in the whole building ( reminding you that i live in the garden style apt. that only has 11 apts. in the whold building ) . IF you are looking for a nice place to live and raise your children this is NOT the place . and YES I DO PAY MARKET RENT .
