I lived here before because the rent was cheap. Believe me, you get what you pay for. I lived here from 1998 to 2005 and I've seen it all. I heard gun shots in the hallway and in the staircase where a woman got shot. There is no parental control throughout the complex, kids doing whatever they want to do. I've witness drug deals and was told to mine my business. One day I heard loud gun fire in the circle in the early morning hours and a man was shot. Always saw condoms in the staircase. Fires in the garbage chute. You get the picture. If you want a degree in drug dealing, this is the place to live.

Management is a pain in the ---. Went to court twice for unwarranted late charges, won both times. Although, they are trying with community involvement. But, I think it's too little too late. They dug up the swimming pool and put a grassy field where the pool used to be. Nothing was built to replace the pool.
