The Village at McLean Gardens

All in All not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/8/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   After 3.5 years in the Towers, very pleased. It may be a bhit pricy, but remember your location. A good value I think. And because of a soft market, they have held their prices down. One year I had NO rent increase! Having owned a townhouse, I know what can go wrong and why. And things mechanical do break. But maintenance is always responsive. And for those who don't know, if you want your own appliances(which you can take when you leave) just let them know and they will store theirs and you can have whatever you like that fits the space. Remember though, if it breaks, you ahve to get it repaired. And the metro shuttle they added last year makes it even more convenient to get to the station. The one real downer is the constant turnover at the frontdesk. The group that was there in 2000 was their people and were great. With contractors, not so good thus far, with a few notable exceptions.
