The Village at McLean Gardens

A great experience so far From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I live in an apartment which has been renovated. My applicances had never been used and I thought the job they did in bringing their apartments up to speed was done very well. Myself and my fiancee were helped a great deal by our leasing guy Patrick. Definitely a great guy who went out of his way to make this process of moving from out west extremely easy for us! The largest thing Patrick had going for him was that at no point were we made to feel like he was selling us something, he made us feel like his friends which no one else we looked at was able to do! You may need to ask him to repeat stuff once in a while, he is irish! Since I have arrived I have made new friends in record time. The metro shuttle guy Dallas is awesome and everyone on the shuttle seems to know one another through this guy! Definitely a perk on the wintery days! Nothing has gone wrong in the apartment since we arrived and we are definitely well settled in now. The maintenance manager, Jorge, helped me move a few things in cos he saw i was struggling with one or two larger items alone. Found out he has been with Windsor 35 years! That impressed me!I havent had direct contact with the maintenance guys but with a manager like that i am not expecting trouble. The rest of the leasing staff seem to be friendly also but i only had quick dealings with them. I would definitely recommend McLean Gardens as a place to live. In fact I already have and got a $1000 referral check :) And I dont think any of the staff here would disappoint.
