Let's tell it how it really is in this craphole: loud, drunk AU students (grad or undergrad) running amock in the halls day and night. Outdated (25 years!!!) appliances, kitchens, and bathrooms that look like they were constructed for a cheap suburban pre-fab house. Horrible management that doesn't care about tenants in any way whatsoever. What do you pay for all this luxury (what a joke that these apartments are marketed as "luxury")' Almost $1,800 a month for tiny one bedroom and $2,500 for a two bedroom. McLean began updating and renovating their apartments three years ago, did a few, and then fizzled out. Guess they just didn't want to invest the money they were making hand over fist to actually do something for the tenants. Oh, and let's not forget that the garage parking is at LEAST $150 per car. Do they give you any kind of discount for a second car' NO. So if you have two cars, get ready to pay $300 for parking in the "luxury" garage. LOL! You can do much, much better in DC...and you should.
