Late Fees From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   i used to rent at mclean, and my late fee in my first lease was a mere $10 fee on top of whatever the monthly rent was... silly me... i didnt pay enough attention when signing/extending my lease another year, and soon found out that the new late few has been changed to 10 PERCENT of my monthly rent, a good $150 as opposed to $10 the year before. given that it is the renters' responsibility to read the lease in full, that was a very cheap attempt to pull a quick one by me and i did not appreciate it. if i start listing all the problems i encountered with the management at mclean, i would have to write a book.. with sequels! not to mention the fact that the average age of the imbiciles behind in the management office is what' 25' amateurs! the maintenance staff, on the other hand, was great... endemene! ariba! salam!
