Woodner is a cheap place to live, but if you mind your own business you will be OK. You will find people that will say something to you, but you know what' that's city life for you. For ie: Latin Americans are used to do that in their own country. Remember that they don't have more than 4 class of school, if that. In a nutshell they are ignorant and have nothing better to do. Put your guard on and have an atittude and no one will mess with you. If someone that you don't know greets you, don't greet back. You can't just smile for everyone. That is pretty much an invitation for more to those people. That's that...on the roaches and mice...well, I had roaches and a year after I saw this mouse coming from under the front door. So I just had the maintenance put a cover behind and in front of my door and since then I have not had any problems at all. I found that the roaches would come from under the door. Overall I am satisfied. Don't have problem with security and all that jazz. But I have heard that other places are even worse. If you mind your own business you will be fine. I have used the pool throughout the summer and I have not encountered any problems. Mail system works pretty well for me. Yes, it is an old building and the appliances are old, but again you are paying a small price for the rent which is good if you want to save some money and move on to better and bigger thing. If you are a student is efficent (economically speaking).

wow . that was a rather racist comment you just made about 'the latin americans' in their own countries. I lived in south america for several years and I dont feel I could ever say something like you just posted. One person. two or three people do not make an entire country. Ignorance is sad on your part.
