I HAVE LIVED IN THE WOODNER FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. THE AMENETIES THAT ARE OFFERED ARE USEFUL AS WELL AS THE ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED CLAUSE. THE AREA HOWEVER IS NOT THE SAFEST. AS A MATTER OF FACT, I WAS HELD AT KNIFE POINT EARLIER TODAY!! TRUE STORY! THE OTHER CONSIDERATION IS THE INFESTATION PROBLEM. ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE. TRUE STORY! EVERYWHERE. THE THIRD MONTH I MOVED IN, I FOUND TWO CRAWLING ON ME AS I SLEPT. EWWWWW!!!! THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, HOWEVER. THERE IS ALSO A BAR DOWNSTAIRS THAT IS CONSTANTLY FILLED WITH DRUNK LATINOS. IF THIS IS THE SORT OF PLACE THAT APPEALS TO YOU, BE MY GUEST. IM MOVING!

Living in the woodner was worse than living in some third world countries. Before I move into the woodner I thought bed bugs were mythical creatures in childhood songs. I was bitten several times in my apatment by bedbugs. I saw roaches everday, regardless of how much I cleaned and sprayed the apartment with insecticide. I would not wish this nasty apartment on my worst enemy.
