I lived there for a year. ROACHES everywhere. BEDBUGS biting you (there was an article in the newspaper about The Woodner's bedbug infestation, and they STILL deny it, lol). MURDERS! Please, this is the WORST place in NWDC to live. NOBODY who lived there would call their experience with the management "first class." That is a load of BULL, they are the worst management I've ever dealt with. Once they kept me locked out of my apt for a day, wouldn't give me a key! All because they messed up their paperwork and had the last guy's information. AND THEY KNEW ME! THEY KNEW THAT I LIVED THERE.

Half the people who live there are sick looking... it's just the worst.

WORST APARTMENT BUILDING EVER.

Do not believe these fake reviews, the only real reviews are the negative ones. The management puts up fake reviews, it's obvious, and pathetic.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews on this site. I do not have roaches in my apartment. I hate bugs!!!I think these people must be mad at themselves for being so dirty and try to blame it on the manager. When you moved in did you see bugs? If you did why did you move-in? If you have roaches they are everywhere, you can't really hide them. Sooo.....if they were not there when you moved in, guess what you brought them! Yea this is not a 10 star apartment but it is clean, your utilities are included and there is a grocery store on-site. PT is right out front. For the price it is a good deal. Go see for yourself. I am a student and it works for me.

BS you're a student. You're a tool of management. Since I moved, I've not seen one roach or ANY OTHER BUG in my apartment complex. I'm not dirty, The Woodner is a piece of ----. The roaches are in the walls always, and you can't see them when they show you the apartment because they turn on the lights and open the windows. The roaches hide. Go ahead and move in if you want to live with retards like jtoby though.
