The Woodner is THE WORST PLACE a person could ever live!! Unless you are practically homeless don't move here. My apartment was infested with BedBugs which forced me to move after only 5 months of living there. There are roaches galore and it smells like ----. They do not clean anything but the lobby for appearance. The management is horrible. They do not attend to your claims, and they are slow as molasses when it comes to returning phone calls or complaints. MR. MILBY is the worst Management personnel who refuses to return emails and calls. I know cheapness in the City is important, but this place will just cause you heartache and pain!! DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF!!

I frequent visit the Woodner Apartments, for the past twenty or so years. I reside in Maryland. I didn't know that the building was infested with bedbugs, until yesterday, when I revisited there. I knew they had a lot of roaches already. If the Maintenance Unit cannot extermite properly to rid the bedbugs, then who would you complain to?
